Bikash Stephen Mukhia is the pastor of New City Fellowship in Thimphu, Bhutan, and he is the Founder/Director of Being SEED Ministries, which emphasizes Sharing, Educating, Equipping, and Discipleship. He conducts short-term courses, such as the Amazing School of Preaching, Agape School of Appa, and the Foundation for Christian Leadership. He is also actively involved with the Team GenNow Rising Movement, a youth-focused ministry, and serves as a faculty member at Harvest Bible School.

Bikash Stephen is happily married to Ash Gracy, and together they are blessed with three children: Xandrine, Yangzoe, and Zaneta.
