Philip is an ordained pastor of the Bangladesh Baptist Church Sangha and also serves as the Director of Sacrifice Inter-Church Trust. His mission is to fulfill the Great Commission by preaching the Gospel across nations through culturally relevant methods. He is dedicated to teaching and equipping individuals to grow in moral, spiritual, and social values, aiming to foster holistic transformation in service to Christ. 

He is married to Aporna Lucy Sarkar, and they have a daughter, Angel Shondhi Sarkar.
