South Asian Leaders Teamwork (SALT) is a network of Christian pastors, leaders, and professionals from the region, focused on raising and equipping current and future leaders for ministry and missions. The goal is to reach the lost, plant churches, and serve effectively to bring about holistic transformation within, but not confined to, their respective areas and cultural contexts.

SALT endeavors to explore collaborative strategies that advance the Gospel across South Asia. By building strong networks and partnerships, its vision is to see the region transformed by the power of Christ - a South Asia washed red by the blood of the Lamb, Jesus Christ. Central to this mission is the goal of raising up a generation of passionate men and women fully released into their God-given callings and potential. Through prayer and seeking the Lord's guidance, SALT strives to come together and discern God's ways to achieve this vision, so that people are most satisfied in Him when He is most glorified in them.
